Success Through
the Art of Storytelling
Roy Hirshland is a Founder, CEO, Board Member, and Storyteller.
Companies that Roy has Inspired Over the Years
The best leaders Roy has worked with share one thing in common: they know that facts inform, but stories move people. From Fortune 500 sales floors to leadership retreats to college auditoriums, Roy has helped teams at every level find their story — and actually use it.
The lessons learned that day were immediately impactful
I have known and worked with Roy since our early days together at Procter and Gamble. Recently, I had the pleasure of bringing Roy into our company to teach the team about compelling storytelling. It was an engaging conversation, and the lessons learned were immediately impactful as we told our stories to clients. He took us beyond the typical PowerPoint droll and taught our team how to bring our value proposition to life. Two thumbs up to the experience!!!

Have a question?
Roy is a real person who actually replies.
What Roy Offers
Roy doesn't show up with a slide deck and a script. He shows up with a story — and a framework that helps your team find theirs. Whether he's keynoting your annual meeting, leading a sales workshop, or sitting across from your leadership team, the work is the same: helping people communicate in a way that actually lands.
-
From Bloomberg Radio to company stages to university lecture halls, Roy brings the kind of talk that people are still discussing over dinner. Equal parts executive insight and human storytelling.
-
Built for sales teams, leadership retreats, and anyone who needs to persuade for a living. Roy's workshops give teams a repeatable framework for turning their experience into stories that move people.
-
Decades of CEO and board-level experience, available to leaders who want a strategic thought partner — not just another consultant.
-
Annual meetings, milestone celebrations, media appearances. Roy knows how to read a room, hold a room, and leave a room better than he found it.
ABOUTRoy Hirshland
Founder. CEO. Board Member. Storyteller.
Roy Hirshland's career began at Procter & Gamble — one of the most rigorous sales training programs in American business — and it gave him something he's been building on ever since: the belief that the most powerful tool in any room isn't a spreadsheet. It's a story.
That conviction has carried Roy through decades as a commercial real estate CEO and executive, through boardrooms and Bloomberg Radio studios, through Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year podium, and eventually to the front of the room at leadership retreats, sales kick-offs, and college campuses.
He's been chair of the national board of BUILD, a nonprofit that teaches high school students to become the CEOs of their own lives through entrepreneurship. He's led companies, grown teams, and sat on the boards of organizations across industries.
He'll also tell you he was a mediocre giant slalom skier in high school. And that he has walked his yellow lab over 2,688 hours.
Both feel important.
Roy built a
career on real conversations.
